Swindon Borough Council - a regime that needed to change

I have decided to remove this website as things move on and I no longer have the time to keep it properly updated. I sincerely hope that those who behaved so badly over the period of time that led to the launch of the website have learnt some lessons. It is to be hoped that robust policies and procedures are in place to make sure that no one who works for the authority will ever again have to endure the horror of workplace victimisation and bullying.

I would like to thank all those people who supported me, it really helped to know how much you cared and it meant a great deal.

I hope that the wider Council has been able learn from those dark years and that it is now able to serve their people properly and effectively. I hope that those in power have taken the necessary steps to protect those who work for them as well as those who are dependant on them.
